2. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
  • Items that are not eligible for returns include are discounted items. 

3. Initiating a Return

  • You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, when requesting a return.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method or a store credit will be issued, as per your preference.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping co sts associated with returning the item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
  • We may request photos or other documentation to assess the issue.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item, and a replacement or refund will be issued upon inspection.
